How to Create an Event?


To create an event first you will have to log in using the credentials provided to you. The log in button is located in the top right-hand corner of the page. When you have successfully logged in your name will appear and you will find a drop-down menu. In this drop-down menu, the option to "Create Event" will exist. By clicking this link you will be taken to the creation page. This page allows you to enter the details of your event such as the Name, Description, Time, and Equipment required. When you are done click submit to create the event.

Why is my Event not showing?


Before an event is displayed on the website it must first be verified by an admin. This is to ensure that only appropriate events are displayed on the page. The event will still be visible to you on your profile page however will not be visible to others or included in the all events list. If your event needs immediate attention please consider contacting one of the support team at [email protected]

Why cant I request some gear?


Some gear from the list can be removed if it needs to get repaired, used for another event or we decide that you need to contact Mr Dunleavy.

I cannot log in


If you find that you can't log in for any reason or your account doesn't exist please contact us at [email protected] .

Why can't I edit an event?


You only have access to edit events that you have created. If a detail needs to be changed then you need to contact the creator of the event or contact us at [email protected]

Why can't I see events?


The profile page can toggle between your events and all events. If you wish to view an event that is not your own then you must toggle on "View all events" located at the top of the page.

I can't edit the equipment on an event


Because the Sound and Lighting team need time to prepare each event changes can not be made within 24 hours of an event. Should something need to be changed equiptment wise you should contact either the support team at [email protected] or Mr Dunleavy.

Why is my event private?


All events start off as Private, once a Sound and Lighting member has seen, and checked your event it will become Public for everyone to see. This process normally happens within a couple of hours. If your event hasn't been changed within 24 hours you can contact us at [email protected]
